What practices are in place to protect customers with allergens?

All of our partners segregate the allergens during storage and control is maintained during production.  Allergen sanitation is validated to assure effective cleaning of all food contact surfaces is done to prevent cross contact of allergens.  Within the vessel delivery, items that could leak are placed in a secondary barrier such as a plastic lock type bag to prevent cross-contact.  Please download the pdf for complete nutrition and allergen information for all Terra’s Kitchen recipes.
